25 years’ experience in renewable energy sector, from scientific research, equipment sales, project construction to domestic & foreign investment. Participated in large-scale national research projects and completed construction and commissioning of 38 photovoltaic and wind power projects.
Previously served as division chief (investment dept. IV) of PowerChina Resources Ltd., division chief (solar group) of Three Gorges International Energy Investment Ltd., CEO of Ruineng Electric Power Co. and dy. general manager of German SMA Solar Technology Beijing Office.
Holds a master degree in renewable energy engineering, and qualification of Senior Engineer China.

Mr. ZHUANG Beihua
25 years’ experience in financial management in large group corporations and subsidiaries.
Previously served as assistant general manager (financial dept.) of China Instrument Import & Export Corporation, financial manager of Instrimpex Instec Import and Export Co.
Holds a master degree in economics, and qualification of Senior Accountant China.
