As a socially responsible company, which operates in the field of renewable energy sources, VE Ivovik joined the campaign to clean up Sarajevo on September 17, 2022, as part of marking the World Cleanup Day.

Not even the rain prevented us from joining the diligent team of organizers of the Let's do it campaign on Saturday morning, together with 15,000 volunteers, who on that day, at 40 locations throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, contributed to making the planet Earth a nicer and cleaner place to live.

We were deployed at the location Stadium Koševo and Betanija park, where several bags of carefully sorted waste were collected, in order to raise awareness of the necessity and benefits of recycling.

World Cleanup Day is an environmental movement started in 2018, with the aim of cleaning our planet from waste and raising environmental awareness of its inhabitants.

We are glad that we had the opportunity to thank the city of Sarajevo for its hospitality and we hope that in the future we will take part in more campaigns and projects which - like us - believe in the idea of green.
