On March 12, 2024, Ivovik Wind Power Plant officially signed a BOP O&M and Asset Management Agreement services contract with General Engineering D.O.O. Sarajevo (GENE), a well-known local company for engineering consulting services, marking the completion of the project.

Since the start of the wind farm construction, the project company planned its operation and management in advance. Great attention has been paid to local laws and regulations in Bosnia and Herzegovina in this regard.

VE Ivovik selected GENE as a partner for project operation, maintenance and asset management through an international public tender, in accordance with relevant practices.

Successful signing of the BOP contract is an important practice for localized operation of Ivovik, creating favorable prerequsities for further advancement of the project, connection to the grid, trial run and formal commercial operation.
