On May 7, 2023, the blades of the No. 3 wind turbine of the Ivovik Wind Power Project in Bosnia and Herzegovina were successfully hoisted. So far, the project has successfully completed the hoisting of 10 complete wind turbines, that is, half of the wind turbine hoisting tasks have been completed.

Wind turbine hoisting is a key process in the construction of wind power projects. Since the preparation of the project construction, VE IVOVIK has always regarded the hoisting of wind turbines as one of the core concerns, and followed up the whole process from the selection of hoisting machines, hoisting scheme planning, and hoisting organization arrangements. Since the Ivovik project is located in a mountainous area, the hoisting platform space is relatively narrow due to terrain conditions, and the equipment storage and crane operating sites are relatively limited, which increases the difficulty of hoisting operations. VE IVOVIK maintains close communication with the owner's engineer/supervisor, general contractor, construction and safety subcontractor, wind turbine manufacturer, logistics subcontractor, crane manufacturer and other participants throughout the process, constantly adjusts and optimizes the construction organization, and formulates hoisting plans one by one according to local conditions, and all links are closely coordinated to ensure the safe and orderly progress of the on-site hoisting work.

While ensuring the progress, VE IVOVIK also attaches great importance to the quality and safety management in hoisting construction. During the hoisting work, strictly implements various safety and quality requirements, organizes the owner's engineer/supervisor to strictly review the hoisting special construction plan and QHSE control plan submitted by the construction unit, and organizes the equipment manufacturer and the construction party to hold multiple hoisting technical disclosure meetings. During the hoisting process, VE IVOVIK, together with the owner's engineer/supervisor and other relevant parties, closely monitored the construction process to ensure that all safety management work and safety measures during the hoisting process were put in place.
