The Director of the Ivovik Wind Farm, Mr. Wang Zhiqiang, was presented with an award plaque at the premises of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian Committee of CIGRE, as a token of appreciation for the implementation of an energy project of particular significance to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
CIGRE is an international professional community dedicated to the development and exchange of knowledge in the field of electric power systems. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, CIGRE brings together over 400 members, including 30 companies and 4 universities, thus playing a key role in the advancement of the national energy sector.
The award plaque is presented to individuals and organizations whose work, innovations, and projects have made a measurable and lasting contribution to the electric power system of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since commencing operations in October 2024, the Ivovik Wind Farm has been successfully integrated into the country’s energy system, consistently contributing to the production of clean electricity and the reduction of harmful emissions.
This recognition also serves as encouragement to other foreign investors to continue pursuing innovation, act responsibly toward the environment, and invest in projects that deliver not only financial benefits but also wide-ranging value to both the community and the environment.
